This is a simple song and somewhat different than their regular rock song, since it starts slower and then they kick up the pace with an awesome riff and chorus. The former reminds me a little of the riff on Lenny Kravitz's Always on the Run (another great song). So... hopefully I got it correctly.
Other than that, just hear it and you should be able to learn it quickly.

It's a shame I've never posted anything from Collective Soul here, since they're one of my all-time favorite bands! But that ends tonight, and lots of other songs should follow sometime, so check back if you're a fan.
This song is a very fun and rocking one to play, and quite easy I think.
